Who would you say "FUCK NO" to dating?

Most of the big ones are taken, I think. So for fun, some of these are just my most nit-picky “Hell No’s.”

• Men who have large dogs (This one is just a personal preference. I don’t really dislike dogs but wouldn’t want a large one in my home permanently.)

• Men who think their taste in fiction makes them smarter than me.

• Men who are obsessed with politics (either side).

• Men who get all their opinions from the internet and TV (ties in with former bullet).

• Men who love to argue and/or *have* to be right (Again, these three traits usually go together).

• Men who collect Funko Pops (Sorry 😢)

• Men who proudly declare that they have a “live for today” philosophy. Bye-bye, retirement fund.

• Men whose idea of “investing” is gambling on whatever the current r/wallstreetbets trend is.

Fuck no to all married men, and all categories of married men:

• Legally separated

• Not separated but they verbally "broke up" so he says he's separated (but he's not)

• Sleeping in different rooms (allegedly) but still married

• Still living together

• Still talking/texting each other for any reason other than coparenting

• Getting divorced "really soon"

• Wife not aware that they're getting divorced

• Divorced "but hasn't signed the papers yet"

• Divorced "but waiting for the paperwork" to "come through"

• She knows and "she's cool with it"

• Tries to characterize his cheating/using you as the sidepiece as "polyamorous" so "it's modern and progressive and not cheating"

• She cheated so it's "technically over"

Fuck no to fake single dads who aren't full time parents:

• Dads who see their kids for about 10 evenings per month of fun time

• Dads who say they are single dads but are not FULL TIME single dads

• Dads who are not responsible for any of the parenting that happens in the kids' daily lives (appointments, schoolwork, parent-teacher meetings, extracurriculars, meeting the kids' friends' parents)

• Any guy who says he's a "single dad" but only does the above. He's not a dad; he's basically a sperm donor fulfilling his mandatory custody visitation agreement

Adding onto your solid original list…

• Drug/alcohol/tobacco users or abusers

• Unemployed

• Receiving financial support from family and could not function without it

• Has cheated on a partner

• Not over their ex

• Has a temper

• Blames their failures in life on their parents

• Takes the side of men who are accused of sexual assault

FUCK NO to:

- Democrats (you read that right—I've never met a Democrat I've liked or respected)

- Republicans (I'm atheist, child-free, pro-choice, and would never cook for a man)

- fathers (again, I'm child-free and don't want to be around children)

- divorcés (divorce is always the man's fault)

- anyone who makes less than 6 figures (cost of living is high where I live)

- anyone with a beard (I enjoy receiving oral sex and do not want fecal matter contaminating my urethra)

- anyone who has voluntarily lived/worked in Asia as an adult (there is a 100% chance he has an Asian fetish)

I'm in my late 30s and have had these standards my entire adult life.

Lol, at this point my list is so long it would be easier to list what I would say FUCK YES to 🤣

- Men who watch American football, basketball, baseball or hockey, or who are obsessed with with real football

- Men who won’t eat vegetables

- Men who won’t mow my lawn or fix stuff in my house

Crime in itself is obviously a no, as for "crime adjacent" behaviors that I'd avoid:

• Works in law enforcement (even if he's a "good cop", he probably has picked up problematic views as part of his training, and is desensitized to violence)

• Works a very white collar job where stuff like tax evasion is very common

• Has tried illegal drugs

• Reckless driver

• Has fuck-up friends he won't distance himself from

• Has a close family member who has a criminal record

• is an AI fanboy because that means he condones stealing from artists and other copyright holders

• Pirates games and movies past the age of 16 because it usually means he's broke and doesn't value other people's work

I would like to add few of mine other than what has already been mentioned by others which are I think spot on !

• talks about feminine and masculine energy how men like feminine women ( they have very misogynistic view of what a feminine women should be )

• tries to agrue with me about Andrew T*te how he is not all that bad

• has dated someone significantly younger than him and had a history of Persuing age gap relationships.

• investment bankers

• Jordan Peterson fan ( immediate b&D )

• wants to have 3 or more kids

• single dads who think they deserve a childless woman

• has tik tok account

• posts shitless pic on sm ( block immediately)

• follows lots of women on sm and Instagram models

• talks bad about feminists

• calls himself an alpha male or watches alpha made content ( you can tell if they are watching it coz how detache and ridiculous they sound )

• says men are Vitual creatures and we can't help it it's our BiOloGy .

• talks about some misogynistic statistics jargon to bring women down

• obsessed with gym and body building

• Elon musk fan

-Confederate flag supporters. The South lost. Your heritage is my people’s holocaust.

- Not actively involved in their child’s life. There’s no excuse for it.

- Multiple kids. One or two. From marriage.

- Separated. You gotta be legally divorced for me.

-Military. Grew up on military bases. Seen how these men move. Very manipulative. Pick mes are their dream girls.

-Passport Bro. Traveling to foreign countries for “submissive” women is weird.

-Racist.

-Fetishizer.

What a fun post to interact with, I too would like to make my contribution! I have a list for this exact topic as a shared document with a close friend of mine. Occasionally, one of us adds a point and we marvel at all that can be foreseen just by observing a man closely and laugh at the absurdity of some of these inspections.

Most ‘Nos’ have been made already so here are some of my more pedantic and peculiar immediate dislikes:
