Most people have middle names, but rarely use them. Narcissists (and serial killers) are self-important and love the sound of their full names. Looking back, my narc-iest exes always did this.
Lesson learned.

I'll add that these creeps often use their full names on dating apps. All the time. On every dating app. It makes my skin crawl.
Also men who give themselves narcissistic nicknames, like "josh the batman" or something like that lol
