How To Adjust Your Notifications

Hi Queens!

We had some questions on how to adjust your forum notifications so you receive less alerts.

There are currently three mechanisms to adjust your notifications:

1. Unfollow All Categories

"Following" a category or post will give you notifications for all updates made to that category or post. By default, every new member is set to follow all categories.

To unfollow all categories, go the bottom of the mobile site and click "Unfollow All Categories".

Or you can go to the upper right above the post listing on the Wix Spaces app and click to unfollow.

If you would like to re-follow specific categories or post at a later date - then just go to the categories list and click follow again.

2. Update Your Settings Page

You can get to your settings page from your profile and adjust your notifications from there. You can choose to be sent individual alerts, a daily digest, and/or turn off/on alerts for when someone likes, downvotes, or answers your comments, follows you, etc.

3. Unsubscribe from Email Alerts / Disable App Push Notifications

If you still receive emails after adjusting these items - click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email

If you still receive notifications alerts on mobile, check the push notification settings on your mobile phone and disable it for the Wix Spaces App.
