I would love to know more about the pros and cons of each country/different kinds of cities, and factors that I should be examining (some I guess would be the status of abortion, amount of jobs, but I assume there would be more) as I may consider resettling in the future. What should I look for? Are there any countries that stand out for the better? Much appreciated!

I think it's western countries and there you just have to choose among the lesser evil for you. What cons of the country you personally can deal with.
You know, I had an idiot pick me friend from the Middle East who said the infamous violent dictator from her country was "the best for women," and left off "in the Middle East," and then left off, "because the entire region oppresses women." This question is one increment removed from that.
It would be interesting to quantify and weigh different FDS factors worldwide though.
The answer probably depends on how much money you have (or would have in X field in X country) to mitigate potential negatives.
I heard Norway is safe for women. Apparently women can go out for runs at night and it's totally chill. The only problem is if you can deal with how cold it is... the UK winters are already bad enough
What is the best US state for women as well?
