The FBI stats (which may include over-policing) state that Black men rape the most, followed by Whites, then followed by Asians, but this is only by a TINY margin.
In fact, rape and child molestation are the two crimes that are represented pretty equally among the races, but NOT among genders. (Even when women DO molest, it's usually because a BOYFRIEND asked them to).
