How are you traveling?
I have made some good progress towards some of my goals. YAY!
however, I am exhausted. Not yay. I need to prioritise better self care, and also more rest. And actual joy. And sunshine.
I have also managed to consume/scroll less on socials which is good b/c when I don't... I just end up feeling like my brain is actually, literally rotting. Back to the exhaustion thing - I was doing well, relatively, managing all my things, but then we had a random emergency pop up that sucked up my time and energy and resources and ultimately threw everything out... I used to go to classes and things a lot more pre-covid (re self care etc) but since those times I've gotten out of the habit which means it's all on me to do the things... and easy to not do them so.. here we are!

Q1:
-Took a lovely vacation
-Ran a marathon and a half marathon
-Dabbled at my flower arrangement hobby
-Bought some new books. Currently reading: Invisible Women by Caroline Perez
-Threw out a bunch of old clothes that don't fit anymore (man it feels good when the old clothes you get rid of are too BIG 😁)
-Put some time and thought work into my "Cheaper than therapy" workbook entries.
-Continued my personal "never work on your birthday" policy
Mostly just trying to stay sane and prioritize the things I can control in our increasingly insane political climate. Stay safe out there ladies. Don't give the benefit of the doubt...doubt the benefits!!
I’ve lost quite a bit of weight, still not at my goal yet. But I’m hopefully going to achieve that by the next quarter.!!!! ❤️❤️
Since writing this post Nap Ministry has come back into my sphere. I think I will get (one of?) her books and literally practice RESTING.... who doesn't love a good nap, or a Siesta ZzzzZzzz
