First click on the STATE. Then click on the MAGNIFYING GLASS IN THE BLUE BAR at the top of the page under the words "Arrests.org" to enter the info.
Do NOT click in the middle of the page where it says 'arrest records search,' that is an ad for truth finder.
Is this accurate? I searched my brothers history and he has quite a history, nothing popped up. Clicked state -> search -> and then I didn't see a magnifying glass but I searched the info in the fields anyways.
