My job is near this scrotes job. Without getting into detail my job needs to frequently deal with his job over professional, business issues. My boss has had to go over and talk to him and others there on the clock several times regarding various issues.
The other day my boss and I went over together to discuss and try to resolve an issue. The scrote was there, he's one of the ones in charge, and was being very friendly, showing off, and acted a little flirty to me. He seemed very eager to be helpful and immediately resolved everything.
I've seen him a few times before and he was always friendly and flirty to me. He's cute and I've unfortunately developed a crush recently- so I'm trying to keep myself in check. I don't go around unless it's for work. Otherwise I reminded myself that it was just a silly crush and that he hasn't done anything to make effort /prove himself.
Anyways, recently my boss had a pretty big issue with them and she sent me over. The first time I spoke to an employee who said to come back later (when said scrote was working) and so I came back. Said acrote was supposed to be there now and they went to fetch him. As I waited I heard his voice go from being what seemed like happy and friendly to all of a sudden sound almost scared and quiet - and he must have hid because I waited for almost 20 minutes and he wouldn't come out. (Contacted my boss and she told me to wait the 20 min before leaving)
My gut says he knew it was me and purposely avoided me. The other employees there regularly come into my work and are all very friendly with me and I heard one telling him I was there. I ended up telling another employee the gist of the message before leaving.
Well the issue didn't get resolved on their end. Boss questioned me and accused me of not talking to anyone. Thankfully my coworkers backed me up.
Fast forward, I'm working and quite busy. Boss gets called for and she tells me she wants to handle it. She ends up telling me later that said scrote decides to come into my work - had asked the coworker at the desk to "speak in private". Then boss comes to talk to him and all he tells her is he did what he could when he was there.
🤡🤣🙄 this was all a giant wtf moment from me and also had my boss infuriated and now doubting that I do what I'm asked. She was checking on me and watching me closely all day. I cannot believe these scrotes and their shenanigans! It's amazing how I am simply doing my job and otherwise avoiding him and how he's already managed to make things a mess. Even my boss is confused because she picked up that he had a crush on me and can't understand why he'd hide from me and kept saying that he was there though. I think she even sent me over because she thought she'd get better results when it came from me .... and in her mind this all makes her doubt that I did what she asked me.
So stupid and childish, thats scrotes for you.
Your own boss is conditioned to believe the word of a scrote over you.
