I'm not sure if it's only me who's bothered this much by this,
I've seen this "trend" a lot on social media, a guy making jokes about or using his pregnant wife, I'm most certain you've seen one before because it's so fucking common, and it's passed as cute and harmless, it's not cute it's so disrespectful and insensitive, what's supposed to be funny exactly?? It's not really "supportive" in any way it's just poking fun at the fact that his wife is pregnant.
The wife is literally going through one of the most difficult and painful experiences of her life and the guy is just like "hehe baby inside", it's so annoying, I think I'd expect a bit more empathy from the father of my children rather than being the center of his stupid and disregardful jokes.
Especially since they are the ones who made the decision to get her pregnant.
FDS is just one giant collective effort for us to internalize the very sad and very true fact that men hate us, hate our bodies, give zero fucks about our health or safety, and we're not people to them. We're just vehicles for them to perpetuate their own egos in the form of babies.
It's disgusting... not surprising men are most likely to cheat on their partners when they're pregnant.
scrotes can perish slowly and painfully.
Statistically, women are most likely to experience abuse when they are pregnant. That’s precisely what these devaluing jokes about pregnant women are all about.
