I have been with the absolute lowest of low value men for the last two years. I am not sure that there is anyone out there lower value than him to be 100% honest I really think he was as low as it gets. Thankfully he dumped me a few weeks ago. Today after reading FDS posts I finally woke up to this understanding and am shocked by the delusional mind state I was in for the past 2 years. Holy cow. I am blessed to be free of him and I am absolutely shocked I couldn't see he was a scrote.

If you haven't already, make sure to block him in all avenues of communication. Block all phone numbers, all emails, all social media, and most (if not all) mutual friends. Do not let him touch you physically or socially ever again. We take these measures because we often underestimate a scrote's ability/desire to crawl back into our lives if we give them a wisp of opportunity.
Yup, I got dumped too, and he really added nothing to my life. You can’t see how low value they are before the relationship because of big romance brainwash and then during the relationship because of attachment hormones. Cheers to a scrote-free future!
Let’s reframe what happened to you. You were not dumped, YOU WERE BLESSED. Block this person on everything and start levelling up. Memorize the FDS handbook and be grateful you didn’t spend the remaining of your life with a low value scrote energy sucker. Same. I was with a NVM which is worse than a LVM for 6 years, way before I found FDS, and I can't believe how long I tolerate the abuse I went through. I didn't have names for the things I was going through at the time. Now I do. Now I feel so much more armed in dating.
