Dr. Phil has had some whacky people on his show, and say what you will about him, but I do admire his ability to call people out on their nonsense. We talk about the mask slipping after men feel like they "have" you.... well, this guy started wearing the mask once he and his forever-gf got engaged 😬
She wants Dr. Phil's help to get him to stop being Batman or she doesn't want to marry him, but she also refuses to acknowledge that he is mentally ill. She admits to being embarrassed to go out in public with him (who wouldn't be?) but also complains that she has to do all the grocery shopping and buy things for him. Like girl what?? Why?? Surely you can do better.

I watched this episode when it aired. My reaction was total disbelief that this guy actually has a woman who puts up with this. His problems are...his, although she is just an idiot to accept this.
