I joined a gym and was absolutely delighted to find out they’re was a women only space.
I personally am tired of wrinkly old old old ugly men approaching me to teach me “how to do something” - unwarranted and if you knew so well why you you look like a scrawny scrote?
I’m also tired of the grunting sounds of men. And of course the staring. It’s like they are in evolved monkey’s.
I do know other women there have their own reasons. I don’t doubt many of them (including me) have been subjected to sexual assault, harassment, rape by men.
Anyway I was working out, and of course, a man walks in. I leave and mention it to the front desk which proceeds to tell me they cannot enforce it anymore because some scrote sued the gym and won. I cannot even.. that judge needs to lose his license, and quickly.
Now I cannot help but wonder, the scrote that sued was also able to remove his name from any court documents. How is this possible? It should be public information if he is choosing to Sue an establishment.
I can’t possibly believe the man that sued is not a predator. I wish we had a more realistic system that protected women from men with the documented statistics that men are aggressors. I wish instead of winning the fact that he sued would bring up investigations and ask for women to speak up against violent acts he may have been an aggressor in.
I believe the case happened in Orange CT. This is what I was able to find. I’m so enraged that this man was given the power to invade woman’s spaces making them feel unsafe, yet his own name is protected from the documents.

And yet they still have men only golf courses. 😡
Men love to invade women's spaces, and we have seen this happen by both the normal scrotes and the woman-wannabe in dresses scrotes...it doesn't matter if the scrote identifies as a man or a "woman" he's still a scrote with that male entitlment and male conditioning... And since these scrotes wanna sue an only woman's gym AND win the suitcase...we might as well start suing churches for excluding women from religious positions of power from the begging of time...let's also sue any political or traditional practices that puts women in a disadvantage and excludes them from spaces/positions of power that are only given to men..
This is an American gym so what happened to the right to refuse service? Does that not apply in this instance? Instead of telling a man he can't work out there because he's a man, won't "because fuck you and get off my property" work?
I've been wondering what the workaround for this "discrimination" law is because in America you can't discriminate against gender. But the male only clubs don't get lawsuits because women don't want to be the 1 woman in a place with 40 men. And quite frankly I think the men would find it humorous that we want to be in their space and definitely won't be scared and nervous like we are when they invade our spaces.
Maybe a very feminine gym that doesn't explicitly state it's for women only, just that it's for private members only and that you have to submit an application. All the staff and trainers are women. And your application includes your drivers license and a social media account. Staff only approve of the women's applications, never state anywhere that they reject male applicants. Only women have memberships and they can't bring extra ppl. Bada bing bada boom you have created a women's only gym that cannot be sued.
Wth....what could he possibly have said that made him win the case?
A couple months ago I saw men crying on freaking TikTok complaining about women only gyms. They compared it to the segregation of black and white people, yall what is this 💀. Segregation isnt a problem as long as nobody is at a disadvantage because of it. Let women live! When I work out I like to wear something revealing like a sports bra but I dont want men looking at me. HOW does it impact them if I do it in a freaking different room than them?!
Other peoples suggestions of going after male only spaces is the way then.
You legit have to countersue the gym for not enforcing their policy or for lying about their policy
I wonder if women have a way to file a grievance or objection? Can women sue for discrimination too? This is a safety issue.
The gym can make a rule, 5 or more have to be present or else class is canceled. Guy walks in , class cancelled as women sit around and chat in circles, ignoring him. If he leaves, class begins anew. They will tire quickly of the game. It’s out of the gyms hands because the customers keep canceling the class.
Curves is still around. I've even had jobs that offered discounted memberships to Curves as a benefit. I know they're not everywhere but they're the only all women safe space gym company I know of...so is Curves in danger of being sued? Maybe they already have been sued? http://www.curves.com/
