Is Ghosting Women over Comms a New Scrote Tactic?

I am talking about communications made over general matters, sometimes even formal matters, with men here.

I have noticed in my uni life and my work ex too that men simply....ghost communications from women by ofc, not replying.

Like I would write to scrotes who were my seniors or batchmates requesting for suggestions over things they would know about; or office scrotes about having done the work they asked for, or even requesting for suggestion on something.

Okay I understand office senior scrotes need not really reply to each email they receive,.....but what is the deal with other men??? Just say I do not know or sorry can't help but I am telling you I have noticed this in men....believe me I once only said a hello msg to a batchmate without flirting or anything like that and no response....

On the other hand, if you don't answer their mails or msgs on dating apps they dislike it immensely.

I think it is just another tactic for scrotes to throw their arrogance and self-importance around...

I honestly try to avoid writing to men now if I can help it....and when I do I have no decent expectation of actually getting a response.
