This segment is from the Steve Harvey talk show that used to air. In the beginning they would have a segment called Hey Steve where 3 audience members each asked him a question about a problem they were having. In this video is a couple who are married for 7 years. The husband complains she doesn't cook for him anymore. If I were her, I would leave and let him starve for all I care.
The best part is, he actually brought his wife with him and had the balls to ask this in front of her.
I used to work as a chef in a fine dining restaurant. So many scrotes expect me to cook for them on the reg.
I never read Steve Harvey’s book and not sure if it aligns with fds, but one woman i know who shared it often online was a massive pick me.
i will never forget the one, a different one on probably the same show, where a woman was asking him for advice. “My husband has gotten so overweight that he has recently become physically unable to wipe his own ass. he says it’s my duty as his wife to wipe it for him. Is it really my responsibility as his wife?”
even Steve was like “hold up…” And explained why she should not have to. And made a bunch of jokes about how the couple surely had seen it coming and he had not gotten that overweight all the sudden, it had to have happened slowly. it was one of the worst relationship “aita“ story I ever heard before Reddit. So horrible! the husband was so entitled to think it was completely within reason for his wife to take care of his becoming-immobile ass too.
Everytime I answer this as my expectation when asked by a marriage prospect or date, I get ghosted 🤣
But it saves me so much trouble
that woman has your back and she still needs to cook for you? How about you cook for her as a thank you? Disgusting man child. This is why I don't lower my standards. things he doesn't or can't do for me I won't do for him.
I have mixed feelings about it. Cooking for your husband is like a husband spoiling his wife with his money. But It could also be pickme ish. I want my life to be FDS centered.
