How many of you have seen your male colleagues throw a tantrum because of something that was their fault to begin with? Instead of taking responsibility and being cared out for any reason, they resort to acting like a toddler? How did you react and deal with it?

I had a dysregulated male colleague who would break things in his office when he was upset. I routinely printed nonsense on his personal printer just to mess with him. He was the only person in the office with their own printer because he couldn’t handle sharing. He’d get so heated, one time he ripped his drawer face off and threw his keyboard. Eventually he smashed the “malfunctioning” printer. 😂
Yep, have a male colleague who has tantrums and yells and curses over the smallest things because he has no emotional regulation. Obviously testosterone overwhelms the emotional centers of the brain (look it up). Like a toddler - but deadly.

i think she meant with a superiority complex, but i totally appreciate the sentiment.
so how do we wrest society’s wealth from the grip of deadly toddlers?
