I saw a post on Quora about the proper amount of time a couple should wait before becoming engaged, and saw an answer from a married man who'd waited a very short time (one month!) before proposing and said he'd been happily married to his wife of 50+ years. I was intrigued by this, so I read more of his posts.
The (questionable) Good (?):
supposedly fell in love with his wife on their first date, dated his wife for a very brief time (went on dates nearly every day for a month) before engagement. They married two months after engagment, and he described married life as being "heaven on earth", described his wife as the sweetest, nicest girl he'd ever met and said that the years they'd been married were the best 54 years of his life
acknowledges that women generally have more friends than men do, and that men are lonelier for that reason
acknowledged that a woman should have an alternate means of transportation home available after a date in case the date goes sour
The Bad/Ugly:
was quite delusional about his attractiveness. Said that (despite being in his 70s), he was a 25-year-old Adonis at the beach. He also liked to think that he was a married woman's fantasy.
he was unclear about his past/dating history. I'm not sure if he was either lying, or genuinely confused (possibly senile?). Claims that his wife was his first and only partner, but then described dating/sexual experiences with other women. Also sometimes said he dated his wife for two months (not one month), and married 5 months after meeting (so 3 months from engagement to marriage?).
claimed that men have the upper hand in dating because single women outnumber men 100 to 1
claims that every single woman he knows is desperate to get married
praised older women as being better lovers because they're "experienced" and afterwards, don't "roll over and ask what you're thinking"
advises men who are having trouble/arguments in their relationships to dump their girlfriends and replace them with one who doesn't argue
tells women not to divorce, because their ex-husbands will remarry and replace them in ~16-18 months
openly discussed his preference in breasts 🤢
praises MGTOW for living a lifestyle where they freely date and sleep with many women and Leonardo DiCaprio for having a "succesful dating life" - dating many beautiful young starlets and avoiding the "Hollywood scam of marriage"
spouts manosphere ideology/myths - "avoid false accusations of rape", "marriage in its current form is a scam" ("she'll divorce you and take half all your money"), "women are hyper-emotional and not capable of rationality" while "men are logical, that's why we have difficulties communicating with them"
asked if SJWs and feminists with their "anti-male" ideology were leading to the death of chivalry and marriage
said that the reason men enjoy golf and sports is because it gives them an excuse to get away from their wives 🤢
said that golf star Paige Spiranac was only popular because she flaunts her breasts
frequently brought up the case of Jodie Aras to justify men breaking up with their girlfriends over text/out of the blue, who murdered her boyfriend (...yeah, like women murdering their boyfriends is frequet, and conveniently ignoring the many more, hundreds of women that have been physicaly abused/killed by a male partner.)
claimed that Einstein's first wife Mileva Maric was simply jealous of his intelligence and success, praised his second wife Elsa for "always smiling", having no desire to understand physics, being devoted to him and only wanting to make him happy, and being loyal to him despite his infideliy & tolerating his mistresses "because she knew he'd always come back to her." He also told men to not cheat, because they might get divorced and lose money. Not because it would hurt their wives/families. 🤢
Overall, he had a very "women should please men in any way possible" (including personality-wise - being sweet, kind, loving, and tolerant of mistreatment/infidelity from their male partners) sort of attitude. 🤢
This is essentially turning into a roast-a-scrote. I might refine it a little and submit it to the Patreon.
Given how he 1) praises MGTOW/Leonardo DiCaprio for dating and sleeping with many women, 2) says he prefers older women as lovers (if he's really only been with his wife, how would he know?) and discusses his preferences in breasts 🤢, and for older, experienced lovers 3) praised Elsa Einstein for staying with and loyal to her husband despite his infidelity/mistresses, I honestly highly suspect he may have cheated on his wife a couple of times.
I was genuinely baffled as to why his wife married him - she sounded like an angel - he described her as sweet, kind, considerate, loving, and lovely. She also was apparently very classy and ladylike, and he described himself as coarse and from the wrong side of the tracks. Her family also didn't approve of him/the engagement, and they disowned her when they married (he explained it as she was the "perfect daughter", and that they didn't want her to ever leave them or marry - ???).
It's probably easy for one to look at their relationship on the surface "I was happily married to my beloved wife/husband of 54 years and it's been the greatest years of my life" and think it's sweet, when in reality, a lot of women in these old-fashioned marriages seem to have put up with (or willfully ignored, or even agreed with if they were pickmes) a LOT of misogyny.
Marriages from that era were horrific for women — just like today.
I don't give a shit what marriage "advice" boomer men have. They have no clue what the world is like. They had bangmaid slaves and wish they could be community dick like millennial men "got to".
TBF to boomer women, a lot of them were indoctrinated to (a) marry before they "hit the wall" (which often involved lowering their standards) and (b) to stay married because divorce was (until recently) considered a moral failing. It's also worth pointing out that some women were trapped in unhappy marriages purely because they were financially dependent on their husbands and were afraid that they wouldn't be able to support them and their children without a man around. This is why it annoys me when people talk about "traditional family values" because what they really mean is that they want to return to this time, when women had no choices and were treated like crap by men.
LVM when married are pretty disgusting when anonymous or behind closed doors.
I believe a man who doesn't want to marry you within a year is just there for his own benefit. He's not there to make you happy but wants a forever girlfriend with wife benefits. Men never say no to husband priviliges for free so if marriage is too soon then you know what to do.
I've seen a quote many times in video's that says " If people show you who they are believe them" When a man watching manosphere content and he's not there to rip these people a new arsehole then dump him, he's one of them.
And that dicaprio creep sooner or later he'll end up like Kevin Samuels dying alone while the hot fling isn't too bothered to save him.
