I visit this category way too often. Sadly, it's because there are many scrotes out there.
This is a report on older men scrotes that I am not dating. It's about older scrotes at the climbing gym (and they're probably in your gym too).
Okay, I'm a climber. I've been a fitness coach too for decades. I'm also fucking ripped so I get pissed when fat ass old dudes try to tell me what to fucking do. I have a degree in this shit.
I'm climbing at the gym and these two older guys who are in their late 40s/early 50s are climbing next to me acting like teen bros. I start one of my climbs, and the bros start telling me what to do!!! (In climber talk, we call this "beta spraying." Beta basically means "advice." Lately, men have been waking up to this and doing better, but these dudes did not get the memo.) Note, I don't know these guys. If they were my climbing friends, they know better. Distracted, I missed a hold and then, although I made it up the climb, it was terrible because I did way worse than I would have done if these scrotes weren't watching my every move. I have a hypothesis that these older male scrotes only climb there to watch girls' asses.
Then later, I'm walking over to grab this little exercise ball thing I keep in my pack, and to my surprise, one of these douchebags is holding it! Pretending like I didn't see, he THROWS it back towards the pack and walks off quickly? WTF? I am livid at the moment. This is just another example of men disrespecting women in male-dominated areas. These guys are NVM.
There’s a new female-only gym opened in my area it got overbooked the first week and always crowded ! Women prefer be trapped in a small crowded all females gym than have to deal with men in normal gyms again ! This says a lot about how lvm behave around women looking to be simply/fit and healthy/make new friends … also they feel the NEED to mansplain anything to you when it comes to fitness because ofc they know better when it comes to sports 😪
Ugh yeah and then they wonder where all women went when we quit these activities 🙄
Recently had a weird thing happen at my gym too with older scrotes and I didn’t know how to feel. I usually bring food with me since prior to going to Spain I was working out for several hours every day; it takes me time as a slower Walker to rack up miles. I put my food and backpack on the table right outside the door to this smaller circuit gym where almost no one goes (love that). Anyway, a foursome of older racquetball dudes come in and just take over the table! There were four other tables! I wasn’t using the table at the moment and knew I needed to walk longer than they were going to be there. In the moment I decided if they moved any of my stuff, I’d make a scene and protest. Luckily the treadmill and racquetball courts are also right by the front desk so a worker is usually there. They didn’t mess with my stuff but then I saw one older man just kind of “pat” my food sack! Such an odd little mannerism! And before I could think what to do, he walked off! Overall I put it down to habit and general obliviousness; it’s clear they have a standing date at the gym to play. I get that but you would never see another woman just plunk stuff down or touch anyone else’s stuff randomly. I was glad I didn’t have to make a scene but I’m pretty sure it’s coming. Blah! It is what it is. The solution is for them to move one table over but my problem here is I'm being rational.
Old gym scrotes are so toxic. I've seen them make so many creepy comments over the years and even had them try to mansplain how to use a running machine. And don't get me started on the creepy personal trainers. They try so hard to make women uncomfortable in what they see as 'their space' but when we walk out and make our own space, they decide to intrude and violate our boundaries.
This is why we need women-only gyms.

Doesn't matter if it pisses them off, as long as they go tf away.
People do this to me at work, especially if it's a new job. They'll explain like I'm stupid how to do basic shit when I didn't ask, and when they're hawkeyeing me, and I fumble BECAUSE of the psychological intimidation, they'll justify having had bothered me. It's a subtle abuse tactic. I was making a PVC pipe gift for a friend (a marshmallow shooter). I bought the pvc pipes and hacksaw, bits and glue, and my sister's dbag boyfriend (who ended up cheating on her, and called my mom a cunt) insisted he do it all, and then I told him I can do the rest, because I realized he was taking over my hobby. They're robots about this. If they see a woman doing ANYTHING more than menial, they will want to intervene. They want women to be useless. Infuriating.
