This is hilarious to me. Some scrote tried to rob and stab an Uber driver, then fled the car, only to fall off a bridge right in front of several women, who look for a second and then walk away. Savage! Of course there are pick mes in the comment saying "Why didn't anyone help the poor criminal?"

I kind of don't get what they even expected the women to do? Moving away (and maybe calling emergency services then... and nobody knows that the women didn't do or plan that) seems like a sensible move if you consider that...
a) someone or something else may fall off that bridge right after him and a person falling on from that height can kill you. Moving away from the danger is a pretty reasonable instinct to have.
b) he started moving and got back up again within seconds which suggested he wasn't dead or dieing and a man who just jumped/fell off a bridge may not be in the most sensible or cooperative mood
c) we don't know how much they gathered/knew about the situation. If they noticed he was a fleeing criminal (did he still have the knife? Was the police already there?) they were also absolutely right to stay away
I don't know how it is handled in other countries but when I got my first aid training they drilled into us that the most important step and the very first thing you do before even move in is to look around to make sure you don't make the situation worse by endangering yourself or additional people and to call emergency services. Everything else comes after that. Your own first aid moves come after you (or someone else at the scene) has emergency services on the phone. And these women did exactly that. Move out of the immediate danger zone after which they probably planned to call emergency services.
You are helping nobody if you create another injured person to treat by being reckless or by just starting first aid without alerting the professionals first. No matter how great your first aid skills are, they won't help if the professionals aren't even on the way.
They walked away like nothing to see here leave it to the professionals 💀
