In last years reflection I said I wasn’t going to date all of 2023 and that worked for like 3 weeks before my sister set me up on a date.
It was a one and done. He was awful. He was ugly, fat, socially awkward, and went into a rant about how every woman leaves him. My sister was MORTIFIED when I told her what he’d been like but was still the asshole here because why even set me up with an ugly fat guy to begin with?! Totally not my type. My sister no longer talks to this guy cuz he went cra cra when I blocked and deleted him and started going off about my job and other stuff to the point my sister and bil also blocked and deleted him. He apparently was nice to them before, but showed a new side once he was rejected.
A few months go by and construction starts in my area. I get asked out by a construction worker working on building a new strip mall. He’s cool, funny, and we have a good few weeks dating and getting to know one another. He initiated it all, took me to nice dinners, treated me well, great kisser—we had a good time. But then late June my coworker wants to have a double date with me, my bf, and his gf to a nice seafood restaurant. Sounds like a lot of fun! Construction guy thought meeting my friends was “too much” and just… ghosted. And like, the construction isn’t over? So I’ve just been seeing him out there… working… lmaooo. I have so many better things to do than chase a man tho so. 😂
And then in July I was house hunting and the rest of the year was basically me focusing on working OT, taking care of my dog, renovating my new house, and moving in. I did get guys flirting with me, asking me out, and wanting to date me but I was just too busy. I had a lot of work I need to do on my house and I wanted to focus more on it than I wanted to go on dates. Priorities ladies, priorities.
I am dating more in January now that my house is more put together and all of my clothes are fully washed a put away. Lmao. How could I date when all but my work clothes were stuffed in boxes? 😂 But yeah, dating a few guys now who are all being respectful gentlemen. You’ll get to hear all about em in my 2024 scrotation report next year. 💘
How on earth do you have so many men asking you out? I haven't been asked out by a man in the wild for about 6 years, and even that was extremely unusual. And literally none of my single friends ever get asked out either. It just doesn't happen. Ever.
Oh wait, I was asked out last year by a man with a basketball for a stomach, and a few missing teeth. But I don't think he counts 💀

When will you people learn not to entertain blue-collar men. Smh. I get crucified every time I say it on this forum, but I'll keep saying it.
99.99999% of blue-collar men are worse than trash. They have a victim mentality disguised as machismo, most of them have substance abuse issues and/or come from broken homes, and most of them don't even bother to disguise their hatred for women.
Avoiding blue-collar men should be as obvious as not pressing your face on a hot stove.
