This has nothing to do with scarcity mindset. It's pure facts..men are not capable of love. Not in the way women are. The most a man can offer is their CARE for you, but not love. Love os something they are biologically incapable of doing, backed up by science. So yes since this fact is backed up by science, we can make blanket statements that all men are incapable of love. Please read the book, The Five Components of Love where the author breaks down what love is and how men are just not capable.

Correct. You can argue with opinions but never with facts and science. I wished more women realise that before they let their feelings get in the way. Even on here some ppl feel like defending men. Men are indeed incapable of love because when they regret daddyhood they are even willing to leave their children behind.

People are starting to speak up about toxic relationships and abuse and narcissism is just this diagnosis that seems to explain everything so it's thrown around pretty liberally. I can understand why, it seems so reassuring.

Great statement! And one that I have experienced repeatedly in most.if not all, my relationships. My ex bfs created an idea of who.and what they thought I was in their mind, and pursued THAT. They idealized me, then after time they see who I really am, not their idealized version, they inevitably tell me, "You are not the person I thought you were!" Uuuumm..no mother fucker. I have been ME this entire time. YOU have just been in fantasy la la land, putting characteristics on me that were never me, and now that you have gotten to KNOW me, you want to tell me that it is ME that has changed. When I've been ME this entire time! It is YOU that has changed. Your perception of me has changed. I'm sorry, not sorry that you decided to put some fake personality onto me. That's a you problem!

Exactly. The last guy I was involved with, did this. I wanted to actually take some time to get to know each other, the real each other, but he had already caught feelings/lust/whatever, and was attached to this fantasy that he had created in his mind of me. I could tell he wasn't interacting with me as a real actual person. But I couldn't really understand this. I can see this so clearly now, and with hindsight. It doesn't seem as bad/dangerous as it actually is, (or it didn't for me, in the moment) but it is, because it is one of the mechanisms through which they (men) remove/ignore our (women's) humanity. <<---- and this is where they permit themselves to mistreat us. This is very, very key.
