It’s not too late for her to get out - the sunk costs of the prepaid wedding expenses are tiny compared to the upcoming financial, emotional, and physical toll of a married life with this apathetic loser.
I can't imagine she is just learning about his apathetic disposition now. She probably is the one who had to ask him out and plan their dates. She probably then had to badger him to propose to her, or maybe she proposed to him 🤢. If they have kids, guess who will end up carrying all of the responsibility? Guess who will complain about his wife no longer being interested in sex? There is nothing new to see here.

Many years ago, I had a 20-something female colleague who literally pouted and whined on a daily basis that her boyfriend of a couple years had not proposed to her. Finally, he proposed.
I imagine her relationship looks very similar to the relationship described by the OP. I feel sorry for these women.
Jeez, I made quite a lot of the decisions about our wedding, but my DH had some pretty definite ideas about what we had to have and we paid for things together.
Btw, we had a backyard wedding and had the reception in an artists collective warehouse. Guests brought food and drink to share and I bought all the crockery and cutlery from a charity shop for cheap on the proviso that I'd donate it back after the event. It was fantastic and inexpensive.
This is so embarrassing. I wonder how brainwashed someone has to be to work 84 hour weeks to pay for a marriage that their fiance lies about paying for in the future. Her self-esteem must be in the gutter.
Run, sis! No man who genuinely loves a woman and sincerely wants to marry her 4 months hence would let her and her mother struggle to provide all of this single-handedly and with her insane work hours. Geez.

He's not paying, excited or planning anything because he doesn't want to marry you. It's really simple.
Obviously, she just needs to communicate it with him
I bet she proposed to him.

What is DH?
I don’t know what FH really stands for but I read it as First Husband
