This is really sad: she escaped an abusive man, has 3 kids and very low/no status as a single mother in Kenya. He is giving her legitimacy by marrying her. Unfortunately women in this part of the world have no future without a husband, even though she is earning a living & supporting them and he has nothing. He’s “valuable” simply because he’s male. It’s tragic. 💔
