Vent: I see the reverse of this with men like my nvm dad. Telling me what to do with my hair and so. I wear my hair natural and don't straighten it btw (but lol he loves to complain about racism tho ofc only when it applies to black men ig?). Literally reminds me of middle school mean girls. He also gets jealous when other people compliment my outfit?? Idk if its me but it reeks of "feminine" behavior. It's really a dread to talk to my dad and I only do if I have to because he's an awful person. He's very annoying and has a fixation of humbling me eveytime he has a conversation with me. Is there a way to shut his mouth forver? I try standing up for myself with logic but ofc narcissist like him don't understand .

I had to completely cut my father off. I tried for 42 YEARS to get him to behave towards me as if I'm a human being worthy of love and respect. But that never happened. He croaked on May 9th all alone and leg less in the VA Hospital. Good riddance to bad rubbish. Men only understand one thing: NO CONTACT. He will NEVER change or be sorry.
