Now I feel bad and wondering when I’m going to be found out. But I really enjoyed doing it I must admit. I was shaking that bottle like a fairy wand. Ive ignored my bad neighbours behaviour for years and she’s done some bad stuff to me, my pets and my kids. I don’t know what came over me but I’d been celebrating something amazing. Drank way too much Prosecco too. Probably on a big high from the evening. Got home late and my neighbour was intimidating my cat on my fence. She’s already hosed him before and I think she possibly injured him one time. She’s a very unhappy woman. I’m actually scared of her. It really angered me but I left it. Whilst in bed late that night I got up went outside and poured bleach on her front flowers and the big cannabis plant they have growing in their back garden. Id thought of doing it so many times but took the high road every time. Last night I’d had enough though. I had to do something sneaky as she’s always watching me and my property.
I feel I’ve let myself down though as I’d been a HV woman by being indifferent to her ways but this decision wasn’t a HVW choice. But part of me feels that you can only take so much as a human being. We aren’t perfect. I suppose it’ll be a fun story tell if anything lol! Until I get my punishment that is!
Don't be too hard on yourself. A little pettiness can work wonders to improve your mood sometimes and shitty neighbors are hell because they make you feel unsafe and uncomfortable in what should be your safe space: your home.
Obviously, I have never engaged in something as petty as googling "Weeds that are poisonous and hell to get rid of", buying seeds and accidentally dropping them into a shitty neighbor's garden every spring. I would never do such a thing. I would also never sit on my balcony and enjoy the view of them cursing and sweating and wondering how that shit grew in their finely manicured garden again. Never.
I've finally accepted that some people learn through love and empathy, and some people only learn through consequences.
I think we know which one your neighbor is.

I am not going to condone or criticize your choice of revenge, but what I will say is that it is not high value to be a doormat or take constant abuse.
Creativity and lawfulness are the keys to success in situations like this.

You are right that it wasn't HV behavior and I sincerely hope she doesn't have cameras monitoring her property, or you could face criminal charges if caught. Rather than subjecting yourself to that risk, a better option might be to take a witness with you and openly confront her about abusing your cat and whatever else she has done. Personally, if I knew my neighbor had been cruel to one of my animals, I would keep it inside. Then again, domestic cats can wreak havoc on neighborhoods, eating songbirds and amphibians and reptiles, leaving messes in gardens, damaging car paint, etc. Using a water hose on them is what's often recommended as a gentle method of keeping them off the property. I believe you that she's not the best neighbor, but she might think the same thing about you.
Please don't go around vandalizing other people's property when you are angry. That's a great way to find yourself in jail and/or embroiled in an expensive, embarrassing lawsuit.
I think you should ask for a visit from Mormon missionaries, but give them her address and name. They’ll harass her for YEARS!
Then when she says something sassy to you about anything, drop a hint that you sent them.
I think that’s the perfect level of pettiness to respond to this woman, and I do think you should respond because she sounds like a bully, and they just get worse and worse if you don’t make a stand somehow.

Allot of people didn’t agree with me with treating your neighbour with her own medicine but yeah I would try to stress her to, to see where it goes. I’m proud of you, good for you, maybe next time instead of bleach you can pour some worms or cockroaches in her yard so at least they have something to eat hahaha or you can get a rooster in your own yard🐔

Soooo outdoor cats cause huge environmental damage. Outdoor cats kill millions of birds. They're part of the reason the monk seal is going extinct, due to cat waste in Hawaii which never had domestic cats. Outdoor cats are at huge risk of pregnancy and being run over by a car. Maybe it was worth trying to understand why your neighbor didn't like your cat on the fence.......
