I live in Florida and I am disappointed in the election results. I am not letting this take over me, but it still hurts after praying, meditating, and having cathartic screams. I am worried about what will happen going forward as a Black Woman.
At the end of the day, all I cam say is that I did what I can and I am glad I voted.
I'm in NY, so unsurprisingly we stayed blue but it was a pretty close race. Democrats need to wake up. I'm not surprised about Florida, but I don't know what it will take to turn blue or at the very least purple.

I live in FL too. Disappointed but not surprised. I was reading on how Desantis used voter registration and pushed for an overhaul of party strategy to get more people registered and voting. We literally lost by the margin of 0.4% too.
