Don't idolize and defend men.
Men don't idolize or defend women.
Take note of how men only look up to men. It's never the same with women. Women will look up to men and women.
I searched on the forum on the site, and I have seen posts of women on FDS defending Jordan Peterson, so I had to bring this up.
Don't idolize men who are celebrities, public figures, YouTubers, etc.
You can take their ideas and advice if you find it helpful; I do it, but I don't idolize or defend them.
We are way too empathetic and nice towards men, when they rarely do the same for us. I dare say, unironically, they don't deserve us.
