Maybe anxious is not the word, but I feel the suspense when the bill comes. I feel awkward. I don’t want to be disappointed.
Even though men have always paid on dates, I don't know why I’m still conscious. I feel like it’s because I date men around my age (18-25), where 50/50 is normalized. And “chivalry” is dying and this sassy spoiled men apocalypse 😂. Just gen z things!
I mainly date young men in trades or military, obviously they’re not perfect but I avoid college guys because they don’t even ask you on a date. They want you to walk to their dorm and just smash, while you bring them snacks….
I need to stop this worry, because at the end of the day if a guy pulls that I just ghost.
Yip. I try to use it as a way to gauge his interest/disinterest in me. Always makes me cautious. If he’s a splitter within the first three dates, home boy doesn’t care about me and the feeling is mutual.
