Not only have we stopped putting money and internet traffic into a website that hosts hundreds of subreddits dedicated to the abuse of women and girls (rape, underage, incest, abuse "themed" porn), Incels and red pill (dedicated to extracting sex from women for the bare minimum via emotional manipulation), but I already love Wix so much more. We can add gif and picture reactions, we are giving traffic to the FDS
so that they can continue to put ads at the bottom and GET profit instead of GIVE profit (enabling them to hire writers, produce more podcasts, and generally supports women).... And I'm able to add FDS Wix icon to my home screen.
I hated Reddit so much, it really caused pain in my conscience to know I was driving traffic to that terrible website and I don't ever want their stupid app on my phone anyway. Let the misogynists have their app. I love the 2005 type of vibe of having a whole website to ourselves LOL, not to mention the wonderful Instagram and PODCAST.
I feel like this is the true vibe of FDS and I'm so proud of the mods and creators for branching out. I believe in you! We had tremendous growth on reddit, from only like 20,000 users to over 200,000 in 2 years. I heard that FDS even made the front page of Reddit after being "deleted" which is fantastic because women who use Reddit will see it and wonder, what was so bad about it? They will Google and find the Twitter Instagram website and podcast. Have we ever been on R/all? I don't think so.
Let the haters drown in their smegma.
And ladies, although it can be a little bit fun to tell a guy off who has stalked us all the way to the instagram, keep in mind the block and delete mindset. Although men can mingle amongst our spaces now, you can still choose to only give your energy to content that serves you, you don't even have to interact with these men. You don't have to explain to them why FDS is important. Don't work yourself into a tizzy giving a dissertation to somebody who's committed to misunderstanding you.
Block and delete REDDIT and it's users.
I just wanted to share a small fact about reddit that i just learned yesterday. Yesterday was the day i deleted my reddit app, because of it. Although i had been thinking of removing myself from anything reddit for a while. Reddit has just purchased Spell ML, a machine learning platform company. It uses AI to scrap and analyze data to teach algorithms how to better sell you ... well... whatever it wants. Consumer goods, political ideas, hate, fear. What's in: not owning your profile/ not being able to delete, more ads, influencers, crypto, NFTs. What's not in: improving reddit with community management, curation, and a focus on anything positive. Reddit was toxic wasteland, but now it's dangerous. Reddit has your IP, (your home IP, ) logged and i believe it will be for sale to the highest bidder , that and anything else they can sell, regardless of who it hurts.
I just use reddit now to downvote misogynistic comments.
I miss the old internet. Niche forums, super hobby or interest driven vs scroll scroll scroll. Maybe this is the turning point. I haven’t deleted Reddit yet, but I still like other groups for books and non-political things.
They're trying to figure out what's causing the spike in traffic on Wix lol

FDS Reddit was like being on a stage with a live audience that could throw tomatoes, spit, mock, and laugh. Women who need us will find us here, and via the pod cast and social media platforms FDS is a part of.
I'm so glad FDS has a wix app! Also, where are people getting the idea that FDS users don't work on themselves??? I made the mistake of reading some of the drama around FDS reddxit and it's amazing how many people think we are demanding HVM without being HV ourselves.
Also it actually sorts by the different categories, reddit is shit lol
Big fan here, plus with the smaller community I feel much more inclined to participate. Making an alt so I don't get doxxed on Reddit is a pain.
Feels like live journal, in the best kind of way. I also love the ability to change your username and profile picture.
This is what I was thinking too! It's like the Wild West days of the Internet, long before the advent of social platforms à la Web 2.0.
A lot of people were pretty happy about it...mostly men and unfortunately some women too.
