Kansas GOP Bill Authorizes Genital Exams of Schoolchildren, Critics Say

Male student athletes already have to do a "cough test" on the ballsacks of the boys during physical exams. If he has a ballsack, he shouldn't be on a girls team. The fact that the young man is porn fried and can only get his dick hard by beating up a girl is neither oppression nor a human right. Fashion does not equal sex.

He can play on the boys team in a spinny skirt and pigtails. THAT is his right. Not beating the shit out of girls. That is a crime.

This wouldn't have happened if trans people can just accept the fact that biological sex is a cold hard reality, and that boys should not be on girls' teams, and men should not be in women's locker rooms. But since the movement is all about harming women and not caring about what happens to little girls, this is what it has come down to.

Don't think that the GOP is doing this just for the trans issues, though. They are also gleeful about the fact that the trans rights activists are destroying women's rights and spaces, and will help them out all the way, starting with this genital inspection. There's also talk about mandatory period tracking, too. With that Roe v Wade law that's about as good as gone, this serves as a double whammy of hurting adolescent girls with regards to her own private reproductive health and rights, as well as the possibility of losing her spot on the sports team because Little Miss "IT IS MA'AM" Trans Girl is jealous the other is a real girl and he's not. Below is the bill. Why should we allow boy's/men to play on girls/women's teams? They do have an unfair advantage. I do not where Ms. McMorrow is getting her info regarding forced genital exams. It would seem to me that a birth certificate would suffice. Then again, the trans community has bullied their way into forcing most states to allow changes on these official documents.

I don’t think they’re doing genital inspections. Someone can correct me if I’m wrong. But isn’t this about separating sports by SEX to keep it fair? Like trans people don’t fool anyone. We know they’re trans. So why would we need to do “genital inspections“?

This is the reason why I don't like the government, or doctors. Instead of forcing genital exams then make a bill where trans ppl need to have "trans" in their passport or ID. They aren't real women shouldn't be treated as such. Put trans on their ID and Passport, create trans rest/locker rooms and leave the other children alone. I'm so sick and tired of seeing ppl holding onto the short end of the stick because of these trans.

I don’t believe the republicans are doing “genital inspections” on children. A biological male trying to play on a girls’ team will be found out as soon as he tries to change with them (and 99% of the time before then, because they don’t “pass” as well as they think).

I do think some republican governments are using the trans sports issue to further persecute women and girls. Looking at the Florida legislator that decreed that all girls on sports teams had to submit monthly info on their period cycle, ostensibly to verify they are female (as if boys can’t lie about having periods—gross old men do it all the time), but actually so that they can identify girls who might be pregnant, and restrict their ability to travel over state lines.
