Start refusing to treat their cancers, their ED, their acid reflux, whatever. Fuck them. In fact, if you work in any sort of service and you have ability to do so, start refusing these people service for anything. Could be a coffee, etc. If you can risk your job, go for it.
Join the Satanic Temple and claim it's not just your human right (it is), but also a religious belief to abort unwanted or dangerous pregnancies. If you're Jewish, even better, because you can challenge these Christo-fascists even more head-on because their religion is loosely derivative of yours.
In fact I'm an agnostic but I could easily point to a few spots in the Bible where God is perfectly okay with abortion, so...
