Florida’s 6-week abortion ban was signed into law, but it’s not in effect yet

The bill will ban abortions after six weeks of pregnancy, with exceptions for life-threatening medical complications. Pregnancies involving rape or incest can be terminated at up to 15 weeks, but would require documentation such as a restraining order or police report.
