The 5th Circuit panel put a hold on the part of a federal judge’s ruling that would have paused the FDA's original 2000 approval of the abortion drug mifepristone.
A federal appeals court late Wednesday declined to suspend the approval of the abortion pill mifepristone but left restrictions in place that would prevent it from being sent to patients in the mail.
The decision by the New Orleans-based 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to partially block a Trump-appointed judge's ruling leaves considerable uncertainty over access to the drug.

Nothing is given; especially to minorities and Women. We were not given civil rights or the right to vote. We fought like mad dogs to earn our rights. Our school’s Herstory courses don’t teach the down and dirty things suffragettes did ( physically fight police, hurl bricks thru windows) to get us to where we are today!
Those foremothers would be so proud of us today.
We voted overwhelmingly for a woman President. Women head the Treasury and the CIA. Nancy Pelosi is considered the most productive and effective Speaker of the House we’ve ever had. There are women Generals; Joint Chief of Staff.
The last 3 elections were Blue Tsunamis,!! Last election,with just 11, 000 more votes, we would have taken the House. Did you know that every off - election ( the non-Presidential one) the party out of power typically picks up around 22-25 seats. Last year, the gqp only gained 5! 5! Thats unheard of! Proving gerrymandering can be beaten with votes. We were Soooo close!!! We need to continue fighting; our lives are a lot brighter because the suffragettes and bra burners fought like hell on steroids!!!

Honestly, we aren't safe anywhere. Even in India, Iran, Latin America. Like, literally it's a global war on us.
