If you're like me and you've finished all the FDS content that's out there and whatever other feminist podcasts you listen to, I gotta bring attention to the Woman by Definition podcast by Kellie Jay. Now she doesn't label herself a feminist for one way or another, but she's a major activist in the UK for campaigning and fighting against letting children transition while they're under age. She's a fantastic interviewer, asks great questions. Has great guests on the show. they have a lot of knowledge to share. I've really enjoyed listening to her. I'd never heard of her before the podcast was randomly suggested to me in my recommendations on Spotify, probably cause she's been banned from Twitter for "hate speech" for saying you know, someone with a penis cannot be a woman. She's been reported to police for voicing her opinion, kicked out of various groups and organizations....it's pretty crazy what she's gone through.
I don't know much about her personally or everything about her political views, but her activism against the trans movement is something I 100% support and agree with.
I hate the trans community. Not because they are trans but because they have the nerve to call trans women real women and therefore they have a right to invade our spaces.
They are men and like the biological male they invade and oppress.
Women used to be oppressed by men and now we are oppressed by mentally ill men with a wig.
I'm so tired of the trans "movement". Honestly they are people just like anyone and deserve to have safe spaces to be whoever they are or work through whatever they're working through. I was having a look in my country the other day and there are 'support groups' for trans youth something like 7-14yrs.
These people need proper help not life altering irreversible self mutilation enablers. I wish more of the "de-transitioners' would speak up but they probably get more threats than the trans community. I wish trans fork would honor and respect that many women who are not trans need safe spaces away from people who are trans just as trans people need safe spaces of their own. But as usual its the male voice that is prioritised.
I've noticed how a pretty much all the spaces I've been in, whether online or offline, that had begun as exclusively women's spaces, are now pandering to this insanity. And penalising/excluding any woman who wants a woman only space, as 'transphobic'. It's VERY rare to find a female only space and how many women in real need have no where to go because they don't want their spaces invaded by men performing 'woman'.
The reason these spaces were created because the 'man's world' spaces were and continue to be toxic to our health and safety. So we finally have a chance to create and have our own spaces and now we much open them up to men? And I'm not just talking about trans folks either, there are cis men entering these spaces in the name of 'inclusion'.
listened to the latest (2021) Biological Woman's Hour. great pick! 👑
