Holy shit! I listened to the Charles/Camilla transcript while biking home from work and BUSTED OUT LAUGHING while stopped at a busy pedestrian intersection and had all these people staring at me like I've gone mad! 🤣 (Side note, I live in Sweden and we aren't big "show emotions in public" people.) But I feel no shame, it was BRILLIANT! And what is it with royal men and being openly scrotey?? Our king is a huge philandering scrote also... I guess all the etiquette training and "proper" grooming in the world can't fix male audacity and depravity. 🙄
If it's true that prince William slept with Kate's best friend, then I feel very sorry for where her (and her mother's) pickmeism have brought her, since she's not in the easiest position to leave him. He's not even attractive anymore, that man hit the wall with full speed while she's still glowing. Meghan has a feminist podcast out called Archetypes! It's not as entertaining as the FDS podcast for sure, but the episode with Mindy Kaling felt quite HVW to me.
Thank you for recommending this, I LOVE Mindy Kaling!

It isn't true. Just a nasty rumor planted in the press by the Sussex camp. Kate and William are actually very happy together. My sister lives on an estate in England, and her best friend travels in the same circles as Will and Kate. The buzz is, Kate and William have a very happy home. William absolutely adores Kate.
Idk CarnelianCat, I'm still suspicious given how their relationship began--with Kate being a forever GF, then dumped, then Will only took her back when he realized he couldn't get anyone else. With the Royals, and any high-standing family for that matter, appearance is everything--I doubt they'd be broadcasting any marital unhappiness, aka "airing the dirty laundry" to anyone, let alone to their high-status friends.
I'm sure they're very careful not to let anything slip, lest it damage their reputation or social image. Just like how we see all those carefully curated "my hubby is the best uwu he made me breakfast" posts on FB by regular women and then they're divorced 3 months later. 🙈 If you're actually in a good relationship, you don't feel the need to tell everyone you're in a good relationship every two seconds.
I was 21 when that happened, the tampon-gate. I never forgot that story everytime I saw him in the news. Theres so many men out there who have weathered scandals in the past that younger people dont remember, like Clarence Thomas and his "long dong silver" comment to Anita Hill... Scrotes somehow survive this shit
yesss the accents were so funny! I’d love to hear them read other scrotey transcripts or even text message exchanges with various accents. Would be a fun segment to add to the show.
Fantastic roast, ladies! I have not called Charles "King" even once, I refuse to accept him as such, but I might be willing to meet people halfway and call him King Tampon. 😆
Lately all I've seen is either people licking royal boots, or people chomping at the bit to put all the royals in a guillotine. This podcast episode is more balanced. Thanks for that.
"Colonialism = bad" is the dominant narrative, and I get why it would be that way for a lot of colonies, but I was born in a colony that was improved by British rule (it's not a British colony any more, and things have gone to hell under the current overlord).
How do I put this without giving too much personal info away? If this place wasn't under British rule, my grandparents wouldn't have had a safe place to escape to when their home got overrun by fanatics. My mother, a little girl at the time, wouldn't have gone from starving to having access to education. She wouldn't have met my father, and I wouldn't have been born. A lot of people have a similar story. This is why people like me feel a certain amount of loyalty to the crown.
My loyalty does not stretch all the way to Charles and Camilla, though. That's just asking too much of me. 🤣 Okay, Charles is always worse than her, but I would be one of those people who don't feel the least bit sorry for Camilla. If she didn't know he was married, and had no clue about the public scrutiny, I would cut her some slack. But there is no way she didn't know.
A woman who doesn't refuse a scrote when she knows he would be cheating on his wife, doesn't care about hurting other women for some dick. I'm not married, and that is still something I would never do. Camilla gets no sympathy from me.
It's not like he's so powerful she couldn't refuse him. Apparently plenty of other women have refused him, I enjoyed learning that from this podcast 😁 I'd say he's been with the same side-chick all this time not because of "true love" - it's because he can't get more women, not because he wouldn't even if he could.

The reenactment of that script. And imagining Chuck and Camilla actually saying this. I think I died a little inside.
Though the last few lines were hilarious.
Re: prince Philip - his mother was actually German, ethnically. She was the Hessian princess by birth, and had to give it up during WWI. He got the last name (Battenberg/Mountbatten) from her side. His father was a Greek prince, but I think ethnically his father was Danish and his mother was Russian.
I absolutely love the light being shown these creepy scrotey men of power/fame. Like with the recent Adam Levine DMs. Really reminds you that these celebs are just run of the mill MEN, and corny loser men at that.

The man's mother just died, and he's got some big boots to fill for sure. Tampongate was so long ago, but it certainly was a hilarious and ridiculous moment in his life. I think he'll make a fabulous king, and he certainly has the support of most of the people in the UK. Hopefully with Meghan and Harry out of their hair now and back in America, the royal family can now resume their place as public servants and continue shining a spotlight on the issues that matter to them. They have been put through so much with all the lies that Harry and Meghan have been slinging at them via Sunshine Sachs, ever since they were told "no". God knows the Queen deserved better in her final years, than dealing with their nonsense.
Got any proof that Harry and Meghan are lying??? Royalty can be (and often are, just look at Prince Andrew) horrible people. What reason do they have to lie? The British press has been openly and shamelessly RACIST towards Meghan, don't excuse that shit.

The reenactment of the transcript was GOLD. I love this trio!

The King’s tampon dirty talk in fake posh accents was FANTASTIC!! I laughed so hard at so many parts of this episode. Well done, Queens! 🇬🇧🇨🇦🇺🇸
OMG the re-enactment was everything 😂

Just reading this title made me bust out laughing
The Tampon King reenactment of the transcript phone call between Charles and Camilla had be in absolute stitches 😂😂😂
I was driving while listening to this episode and laughed SO hard. I missed the Tampax scandal when it first happened I guess.

Also, three of his sisters all married Nazis.
Battle Royale, my money is on Princess Royal Anne. She’s the only one among her sibs that is tough, smart, accomplished, thick skinned & athletic.
