So on the last point about specific drugs not being designed for female biology because our hormone cycle makes us "too difficult" to research - I think the ladies should chat with Dr. Stacy Sims on this. She conducts research and guests on a LOT of podcasts about how workout/gym/diet studies never include female data. So basically any of us trying to get fit are being told to do things that haven't even been researched on women, and no wonder it doesn't work. I've listened to several shows she's been featured on and it's fascinating learning about exercising with a cycle/IUD/menopause and what ACTUALLY works for women. Idk the best way to get this idea to the hosts because I don't have Twitter, so posting here in hopes they'll see or someone passes it along!
