Uggh can someone roast this woman? I listened to this whole podcast to educate myself on this issue and honestly I did not hear one good argument...here's the basics: it's not fair for sex offenders to be punished twice, it doesn't work (stop offenses), and people are unfairly listed sometimes (eg for having sex in public, young love etc).
Why is this woman dedicating her life to advocating for the rights of men who harmed women and children? So disappointed.
Some people sadly drink the koolaid that all criminals are capable and worthy of rehabilitation and reintegration into society. This is simply untrue, but the people who subscribe to this ideal fall into one of two categories: misguided idealists or criminal predators. The first type, which this woman seems to be, like to have moral superiority over people so they'll jump on any ridiculous cause that nobody with common sense would support so they can make a moral grandstand and get attention for being so ridiculous.
If anything we should be adding more to it.
