Podcast recommendation: Unmasking the Abuser by Dr. Dina McMillan

I've only listened to 9 episodes so far starting from the first episode. It's best to start from the earliest episodes to avoid confusion because Dr Dina goes through each topic in an order.

That said, my favourite episodes are 5,6,7 and 9. Here she explained certain tactics that i felt that I was either vulnerable to or have watched my relatives experience.
