I want to read more on some of the things you discussed. Do you have source material you use for this? Can you share?
Excellent episode. This could be a stand alone book.
One thing I should have known for sure is that Romance in movies is not the same in real life. Men are incapable of love. Why? Because men are narcissistic by nature. And like men Narcissist can’t love.
Another interesting point they've touched on is leverage in the relationship. I wish they would do a whole episode on it. One thing I've noticed is that a man with intelligence, education and attitude about money similar to mine can be doing much better financially than me. That skews balance to his favour, so to counteract it it's almost like I need to date down, like somebody younger, out of town or foreigner.
Something they've mentioned in this podcast, that should be in the handbook: stop feeling sorry for a man.
No matter how bad his circumstances are, a woman in the same circumstances has it worse. Men never feel like they personally have to pay or give up something because a woman has it bad, so neither should you.
I would like to see a podcast episode about FDS approved bare minimum dates. I wonder if having a picnic at the beach is considered pickme. I still have lots of things to learn. Because if a dude can make large feasts from scratch like those youtubers then I don’t mind picnics because it shows he puts efforts in it. Not these nudes who warm up soups or ground beef and call that cooking.
