It's a hard lesson to learn about men that you should not do ANYTHING for them, because if you do, he WILL punish you for it. There are rules to dealing with men, and no woman can break then without suffering the consequences. For instance, after Christmas last year I was driving from Texas to DC for NYE and to see my friends from when I used to live there. I had to drive thru Tennessee to get there, and this guy I'd been talking to for 6 months lives in TN. He asked me if I'd stop and meet him. I did, and he treated me like trash. It was shocking because we'd been talking on the phone for months. Men always have an agenda, and women must be wary. All men will take free sex from a free prostitute. That doesn't mean he likes you. That's what we women cannot understand. Most of us when we have sex it's because we really like the guy, and we don't have sex with men we don't like or respect. But many guys are out here hate f*cking women who believe in fairy tales. It's not really women's fault that men's words have no meaning, but we must overcome the brainwashing of giving a guy the benefit of the doubt, thinking he means the nice things that he says, and even assuming he likes you even though he's spending hours on the phone with you. The only easy to gage a man's interest is by what he does for you and those actions matching his words to you.

This reminds me of my former friend, Kate the Klown. She was in this mega self-destructive mode, under the delusion of "validation" and "liberation". Nothing empowering about what she was doing: hooking up with randos on Tinder and racial-fetish sites. (She was white; I won't say which race she fetishized.) Sometimes, she had sex with 3 different guys in one week, none of whom she knew. Therefore, none of whom gave a damn about her, and none of whom were safe. (She actually let them know where she lived--and she had 2 little girls!) She always paid for their hotel rooms and, also the dinners, whenever he was a broke joke, which seemed to be the case most often. One guy literally ran out on the check--like, he RAN AWAY, leaving her to pay the $100 bill when management cornered them. (They had snuck off to have bathroom sex. Yes, stall rabbits. Classy.) Two days later, this guy was in her home! LORD. Another one of her admirers had restraining orders from TWO women, including the mother of his children, which, of course were the result of false accusations because he was innocent. M'kay. Shortly after meeting, this same dude pressured her to give him money, saying he'd be "forced to become an escort" if she didn't. I guess that was supposed to make her feel both guilty and insecure/jealous since he'd be "forced" to insert his dick into other women.
Anyway, she met, yet, another Prince Charming (also online) who lived on the other side of the country and was moving to our city. So, she flew--at her expense-- to meet him (for the first time) so they could drive across the country together. She paid for the hotel that he stayed in with her. (I guess his bed was already packed and loaded onto the moving truck?) Last-minute, he says his cousin is coming with him and there's no longer room for her!!! So, now she has to fly back--again, at her expense. I'm sure no one here is surprised to learn that he never sees her again once he's moved to the same city. Cue circus music!
