Why is she taking care of HIS family and HIS kids? He’s using her for her free unpaid help, and using her as a temporary placeholder. She should leave, she is being used and doesn’t realise it. This is why Women SHOULD in fact be hypergamous.

Okay, I'm not going to give this guy any benefit of the doubt and assume he's just stupid. No one is this stupid. He had to know very well that she would think ring means proposal. He gets a kick out of getting her hopes up and then dashing them. He enjoys cruelty.

What the hell was that stuff afterwards where he acts like they already had an agreement that they will never get married? As far as she knows, she never made that agreement. Is he trying to trick her into thinking she already agreed to this when she hadn't? Did this conversation only take place in his delusional mind? Or did he get her mixed up with a conversation he had with some other woman?

No matter which one it is, she needs to drop this guy like a bad habit. It's just as well that she's not married to him, that makes it less of a process to leave him in the dust.
