It entirely depends on whether stem will actually welcome me.
My last job absolutely did not as everyone else who heard the details agreed that environment couldn’t be salvaged & every interview I got while looking in the job just demanded that I stay for more experience.
It was fundamentally unwinnable.
People try to tell me to keep trying because I am still young looking to them, but most women leave stem by 35 due to the discrimination & financial deprivation.
The pay gaps and benefit gaps mean that we run out of resources to sustainably look for a good job and most women are pushed out because of that and a plethora of other factors working against us.
