Honestly, FDS is so undeniably important. This world, these men.. Navigating it is so, so difficult and honestly this community is more important to me than anything. Knowing that there are strong women out there I can ask advice from and listen too, read their experiences and opinions has helped me grow immensely and more so than anything else. This world wants to tear us down, but here, here we build ourselves and other women up.
Every now and then I like to go through the old posts on FDS reddit to remind myself of everything and re-gain the confidence that the day and the world has tried to erode in me.
Please keep being amazing Queens, you living your best life inspires and encourages other women to do the same!
It’s life-changing. I was just crying because of my LVM ex then opened up the handbook and gained some much needed comfort. I’m so grateful for this community.
I didn't have great female role models in my life growing up and hearing all these inspirational, bad ass, intelligent, clever, no nonsense women here share their stories is like a glass of fresh water in the desert. So grateful.
