I've been in a shitty work situation where my manager always try to make me angry. I know it's best to leave such situation but I still haven't found a new job. In the meantime, the manager is still on with his bullshit, which drains me, and sometimes it gets in the way with my jobseeking (because I'm too stressed at work). Is there any way to regulate anger when I am constantly triggered? Also because I still can't escape from this office, my plan is to get the Board of Directors on my side, so I don't want to come off as hotheaded at work.

What helps me is to grey rock and remind myself that it’s a THEM problem even when they’re trying to make me responsible. Think the jeremy clarkson meme: “Oh No!! … Anyway”. When I care less about them and the work, I feel no need to get angry because none of it is important to me anymore.
Remember every time you don't react you win. If you're stuck playing the stupid games for now just remember to win is to be above it all. Men hate when you look down on them.
Grey rocking. Absolutely. That's the only way. Your manager probably WANTS you to have a reaction and get mad 'cause that gives them pleasure and some sort of supply. Don't feed them!
If it becomes unbearable, try excusing yourself to the bathroom for a minute and then scream from the top of your lungs into a hoodie, sweatshirt or some other clothing item that muffles sounds. Best of luck and hang in there!!
I had the same problem, honestly take deep breaths, press your nails into your thumb and just think about your next words/actions and maybe think about why something makes you angry.
Remember, don't get mad get paid.
Write out the advantages and disadvantages of getting angry in this specific context and read it everyday. There are better days to come in your life. This man isn't worth shit, let alone your energy and time as understandable as it is that he's having this effect.
Try EFT. I've been doing it for years. I'd be crazy without it. Pam Wright Faster EFT on YouTube. She has so many years videos on nearly every emotion or situation you can imagine. And once you learn the acupuncture points that you're supposed to tap on, you can even do it at work when you're in the situation. I'll tap on the side of my hand under the table just to keep calm in meetings.
