I am done with this version of “FDS”

I agree pretty much. I visit this website once everyday, but I rarely find any valuable posts worth commenting on. It's honestly such a chore to be active on here when the majority of posts are just the same, especially when these "twitter screenshot" posts have made a comeback. I get it, a lot of men are shit, but is it really healthy to constantly ramble about them like you have some sort of an obsession? That's literally what they want. How about focusing on self-improvement and living your best life? I'm convinced that the trolls etc. are only partially to blame for the downfall, and most of this is caused by genuine, mostly new users on here that don't know fds principles at all. A lot of them come here and think this is like an incel forum, but for women, and start acting like it is. However that's not what fds is about. It's is not about fixating on men and rotting your brain with ragefuel, it's about improving your life and finding a hwm who makes you feel good and safe. Talking about bad men isn't forbidden, but jesus christ it can't be like 90% of the content on here.

This website does feel abandoned in some aspects. The main members who were doing the podcast have stopped for whatever personal reasons. There are still issues with this website; no proper blocking function, changing notifications doesn't work, you have to take your email address out of your member profile. Where the people running this website promised that would be no male input, now there are members who are men here.

There have been no true updates or information about what the next step is.

When FDS was taken off Reddit and the subreddit disabled, the people running this website promised this change would be better. They would be able to do proper vetting, Reddit wouldn't be able to ban the subreddit, better content. Instead, this website is falling into disrepair and it's ability to spread the message of FDS is being forgotten. It's like those members didn't realize that Reddit provided a lot of the infrastructre and now that those members were responsible for that backend; there would need to be proper donations and maintanence that they didn't have to do or ask for before. What even is Wix? Had you ever seen or heard of it before you came to this website? Who would even make a website with Wix after seeing this bullshit?

This whole movement reminds me of another female led subreddit: ShitRedditSays. Got big in the beginning calling out shitty comments on reddit, got a lot of infamy, actually mobilised members, shut down some shitty subreddits. And then, through it's own hubris, died out.

It's just sad that the extremist men's subreddits and ideas gain more traction and staying power. Incels. Pick up artists, Red pill, TheDonald, Men's rights. Somehow, those men have been able to band together and promote their reality, usually into mass shootings.

I think what we can take away as true members FDS is your own self preservation which is the heart of FDS. Pass it on subtlely to other women. Save yourself.

I'm glad I dipped bc even taking a glimpse at what was on the forum made me wanna THROW UP.

Absolutely shameful. What is high value about ranting about the same scrote you've been with for years or entertaining fuckbuddies/"cuddlebuddies" 🥴 or even tearing down other women?

I’ve been in touch with the moderators on how we can change things and am yet to hear from many of them.

I love using this platform though I miss when FDS was on Reddit.

I’ll continue to do my best to work with other moderators to turn things around.

Lastly, I ask that you and everyone else post things that you wish to see. I’ll continue to sort out anyone who is abusive and most likely a man.

Yeah, I stopped my patreon many months ago. The #1 rule of FDS was be a HVW… I do not see that playing out here. It’s one thing to hold your self and men that you date to a higher standard, which is what I was here for and another to just complain about men, all men are trash, etc. It has given FDS a bad rap. Almost incel behavior. I wish there was a way to revamp, I think women need the core values of FDS. I grew up during new wave feminism and looking back, that benefited MEN more than anything… there needs to be a voice to fight back against this! I know reddit has a lot of problems, but it’s also where a lot of people go for relationship advice.

Instead of bitching and complaining, BE THE CHANGE YOU WISH TO SEE.

FDS used to be about improving YOURSELF, becoming and being a HV woman and stopping to make men and male approval the centre of your life first and foremost. The logical consequence of that was also having high standards when it comes to friends and romantic partners.

I feel like a lot of new users here are not willing to actually work on themselves and learn the difficult lessons because that usually requires taking a break from dating or even having men in your life for a while. It also means taking responsibility for your own actions, decisions and their consequences. We can't change men. Most of them are predators who are going to take advantage of you. We can change ourselves and give them less access to us.

Instead we have ragebait, "I didn't follow FDS principles and a man used me and I want pity for that! Don't you dare hold me accountable for being an idiot. I will make the exact same mistakes again and expect you to pity me every time! You a bad feminist if you don't unquestioningly support every woman, no matter what kind of stupid of harmful thing she did"-posts that often promote gross shit like "cuddlebuddies", casual sex and going out with rich men you don't really like or see a future with to get them to pay for your stuff (just admit you are a really cheap escort then, don't pretend that turning your company into a commodity men can buy is empowering or feminist in any way).

I honestly don't know a quick solution except for better moderation. And I really hope that the users who still make useful and thoughtful posts don't get too frustrated and leave.

I can't say if this site is run by men, but this site was hacked recently, and it's just a matter of time before another hacking or worse.

And yet, so many users insist on verifying their FDS accounts using social media and emails that yield tremendous amounts of information about their personal lives.

For example, I KNOW WHAT SOME OF YOUR FACES LOOK LIKE BECAUSE YOU'RE STUPID ENOUGH TO LINK YOUR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNTS TO YOUR FDS ACCOUNT.

Even worse, some of you have even suggested "proving" your sex/gender via a public Zoom call so everyone on the internet and every scrote on this site can see your face. And if that doesn't take the cake, many of you have shamed users who have refused to do the same.

Idiots on this forum never like it when I point this out.

Can someone make an official list of what kinds of posts are not wanted on this sub? I still think there needs to remain a section to talk about scrotes because, after all, 2X on Reddit isn't going to cut it. That place is like, "Well, look at it from his perspective too."

That being said, I'm torn on posts that tell us "how to post." I've been on that side though. There is a sub on Reddit where I can't stand the types of posts being made there, because they aren't even in line with what the sub is supposed to be about. Yet - I want this place to be safe space where we can talk about practically ANYTHING that is bothering us about men.

does anyone know what else we could do? I know everyone will say no and hate me for this, but going back to reddit, even making a new sub, maybe even under a different name? I feel like its better than nothing we need fds more than ever. most of the women from the sub didnt even move over here, barley less than half if we are being honest, i think people are just too attached to their social media apps and just couldn't be bother to go onto this website. I know people will say "well then make more posts yourself" but its not even that, i dont enjoy the layout of this, we dont even have simple block features, it doesn't even feel safe. i mean the website was hacked by men for godsake.

I keep seeing these types of posts every month now. I don't really agree with them. 

Why?

Because I love posting on here and reading the comments on my posts and other women's posts.

Some of my favorite comments women have made on my posts have made me think about how men behave or think similarly to how other FDS posts have always done so.

Men seem to feel that the more they destroy and kill, the more powerful they are, mistaking destruction for power instead of weakness, they don’t seem to be able to see that creation is the only power and destruction is a failure and parasite-like behavior.

The women who defend trans women have been so supremely brainwashed by patriarchy and liberal feminist ideology. They truly believe they are being compassionate, but what they don't understand

is that they are being compassionate to a group of people who are in competition with us, and want nothing more than to dominate us. Domination is a male characteristic, which goes to show they are not,

nor could they ever be real women. It's just another way males are trying to conquer women.

Most places on the internet, you have to watch what you write, and I love how you can make a post or comment on FDS, and it can be unfiltered.

However, there needs to be a new site that is a mix between FDS and Ovarit that still discusses dating but also real women's issues and DOESN'T HOLD BACK when discussing real women issues. This type of site doesn't exist on the internet. 

I'm tired of the celebrity posts on the forum. The FDS subbreddit had a ton of these, I used to skip over them. They provide no value because these celebrities are living completely detached lives from ours.

Logging in after weeks staying offline to say this : Let's make a fds discord or a private reddit space where women need to identify by voice or video chat, and leave this sinking ship behind. Even Ovarit does it slightly better.

If not then prepare to see more women leaving fds behind while the mantrumsphere, redfart, smellyandunfit, including the mgtard moids keeps on growing and keep on going with their audacity and disrespect, preying on younger women because they will always have options to be a scrote having access the prize way above his caliber.

FDS should be about dating and how to grow more members. Take FDS to tiktok, reddit, twitter and insta, forget that those platforms are sh!t, because this whole world is sh!t and a hostile exploiting place for women but we need to keep going and make this world a better place for women.

Form a strong sisterhood because this world is going to be worse with the Frankenstein transvestites taking our rights away. Instead of making scrote posts make success stories such as JK Rowling donating to a TERF organization who won't allow these rainbow freakazoids in.

I just started following FDS as this forum was made and brand new. I didn't get to see much of the subreddit and wish I could access more of their posts. The posts I did see on reddit did look like they had better posting quality. There was more vetting strategies, dating advice and feminist posts. I can see why FDS left reddit but maybe it should have soldiered through all the disadvantages of being there. Also the podcast disapearing with no explanation is not great.

Ehh, it's an open internet forum and the mods are doing their best.

The FDS podcasters are taking a well deserved break and if you want to level up, it's about applying the principles. Most of the topics that need to be covered have been, and newbies can read the handbook (can it please be permanently pinned?) and listen to the back catalogue of podcast eps.

There are inevitably trolls, but they can be spotted a mile away.

Some of the old reddit posts and resources were good, it'd be nice to have a bit more of a resource bank.

But otherwise, it is what it is.

I'm worried. Hope the founders are okay. I understand and forgive them for not doing this forever. Being a constant target must be exhausting.

Sucks that I can’t see any of the comments are they locked?

The podcasts haven't been updated in so long.

I'm surprised they aren't accepting fan-made content for now.
