I also encourage any moms to look at her play exercises for the little ones, doing it alone or not, motherhood can be fun, we just need to see and become the new models that prioritize us, our little ones, and our emotions.

Edited to add: EMDR is a therapeutic approach that can be used for trauma under the supervision and guidance of a trained professional. While both can help our nervous system, the tiktok I mentioned above actually contains neurodrills to calm the body when she was now safe, but feeling stuck in a memory from the past.
As a heads up, EMDR is great stuff but you should have a trained professional guide you through your first few sessions, ESP if you're using it to deal with trauma. You want someone who can bring you back if you go down a dark memory instead of being triggered and alone.

EMDR is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. My worthless rape crisis therapist suggested it.
Know what helped instead? Catching my rapist, putting him in jail, and punishing him.
