I love to use this to journal, especially when I'm overwhelmed, and thought I'd post it here! There are lots of different ones and different exercises you can do with these.
Personally, I like to be thorough (and I love to write) so I go through (ending on glad) and write each one that brings out an emotional response. Once I've written them all down, I pick out the one I feel the most in each section and write that list to the side in the order I feel them the most. I then journal about each one. After, I'll write 1-5 next to the list of the top emotions in the order I feel them after I've journaled.
Did anyone else notice how there’s only 1/5 (GLAD) on this wheel that’s not negative?
Thanks for sharing! Beautiful and insightful diagram and I couldn’t have imagined there are almost 300 emotions?! I’m wondering what this journaling helps you with the most. Getting in touch with your feelings? Winding down? Processing your experiences? It sounds like a very thorough and ritualistic journaling practice, I’d like to try journaling about my emotions more 💙
