TLDR; Metoo is the reason, no accountability for their own actions. Once had a guy hit on me in a HOSPITAL WAITING ROOM. Was waiting for my mom to wake from a medically induced coma. 100% sure this dude then went home shrieking into his " male spaces" that he was just rejected for not being Chad.
Men just have zero sense (and don't care) for appropriate ways and situations to approach women and then cry that their completely inappropriate advances were rejected.
The woman with big noise cancelling headphones who is reading a book at the bus stop? Probably doesn't want to be approached.
The barista or waitress just trying to do her job? Probably not.
A woman in a place like a hospital, doctors office or cemetery? A woman who is walking down the street alone at night? Hell, no.

Did anyone else live through the horrors of the PUA craze of the mid 2010's? When you could not walk down the street without some weirdo asking for your number with visibly shaking hands? They were "practicing their game". Where was this inhibition to approach women then? Sheesh I wasted hours of my life on those scrote approaches.
I do think it's weird that if you take away the abusive, stalkerific, harassing behavior from men trying to court women and change their vocabulary away from negative, sex-talk they think you've taken away every single thing they can use to attract a woman.
