Same! When I point out that I particularly appreciate how thorough my female doctor is and how good her listening skills are, people act like I've lost my mind.

I can kind of get behind wanting to help babies into the world, doing ultrasounds etc. . But what non-creepy motivation could a man have to want to do pelvic or breast exams on teenagers or grandmas, document the injuries of rape victims or to listen to the stories of women who want an STI screening or the morning after pill?
