Also surprised he bagged the poop. So peeing on a grave is okay with him but directly pooping over a grave is not? Yet he would poop in another location, bag it, put it in his car, drive it over and hand deliver it to the grave.

The FBI could have investigated this as the perpetrator is a NJ resident crossing state lines to defile a grave in NY State. At a minimum, they should cross check a DNA sample of this lunatic to see if he’s implicated in other crimes.
