As we all know, fashion trends from the past tend to come back in style. I'm noticing this year a lot of over-sized clothing, flared bottoms and wide-leg jeans/pants.
Which other trends do you want to come back in style again?
Damn you know you’re getting old when you’ve previously worn everything on the list.
My only new thing has been shoulder pads. Never wore them until this month. A new dress had them and I’m a fan but clearly that’s me done unless the bustle comes back 😂
I loved that look. The best part about that is that the cut of the dress is so flattering to all body types. The style is simple and comfortable without being too revealing. It's also classic and can be worn year after year.
I’m hoping for more gender neutral 60’s-90’s fashion trends, because I just like menswear for women and I want more of it designed for curvy bodies like mine, since it’s basically impossible for me to shop in the men’s section.
I’ve learned to mix and match, which is ok for daily life, but one of my adulting goals is to slowly build a collection of gorgeous tailored suits. I have some stunning silk I bought in Thailand and I’m waiting until I can afford to pay for it to be made, since I don’t trust my sewing skills enough!
I like the wide leg pants and jeans. They look comfortable and the style is versatile for different situations whether it's casual, business or dressy.

Let 2023 be the year of women wearing whatever the fuck they want.
but by god I hate cutouts. And low-rise.
Oversized everything, flares -
I hate trends to my core.
The 90s velvet dress is iconic. Many have tried to bring it back, but they keep getting it wrong. It had to be red, and it had to be crushed velvet.
The sleeves had to be long, and the dress itself had to be short.
Bell sleeves were an option.
Combat boots were mandatory.

Rihanna Fenty clothes. If that's a thing. I mean ok I get it, but performing for a crowd during football?
Anyways, pleats seem to be going away which is sad.
I noticed pattern mismatch with same color themes looking chic at an awards function.
Hopefully, in 2023 we are done with tights faking it as yoga pants with women plastered all over the internet in varying amounts of stretch.
I’ve been called a nerd for loving corduroy pants (flared), but I love them!! They’re so comfortable too!
Love the corset trend +jeans 👖 !
